Returns

At Grace Chocolate, all products are freshly prepared and many products are customized upon request. Due to the nature of food and confectionery products, returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Grace Chocolate must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.Supporting photographs may be requested.Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at the sole discretion of Grace Chocolate.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has commenced.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used during purchase.
